Google Forms

Collect information instantly with Google Forms.  Great for polls, surveys, quizzes, and formative assessments!  You can add images or videos to your quizzes. Send the link out to anyone to fill out the form (no need for a log-in or Google account).

What is the difference between and app and an extension?

Compared to apps, extensions cut across websites and web apps; they are usually in effect across all websites (though some are site-specific). Apps don’t combine with other apps in this way; they run standalone, like any regular website.

Google add-ons add functionality to Google Docs,, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Forms  Save time and make your life easier with Google add-ons!  Add-ons can be found in the Add-on menu item in any Google Doc, Form, or Spreadsheet. Once you add an add-on, it will be always be available.
